Dogs stolen from Royal Institute, Brazil


Around 170 dogs were stolen from the Royal Institute laboratory in São Roque, 59 km from São Paulo, Brazil by a large group of activists early this morning (18/10/13).

The São Roque police reported that approximately 120 people entered the Royal Institute complex after breaking a gate at around 2am.

This group stole 178 dogs, removing them from the site by car.

The Royal Institute facility is certified by the Brazilian National Agency for Sanitary Surveillance (ANVISA).
